Welcome to Signature Koramangala, a branch of Natural Signature Salon. By accessing our website, booking services, or visiting our salon located at No. 985, 1st Floor, Maharaja Signal, AVS Layout, Koramangala, Bengaluru, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Scope of Services

Signature Koramangala provides specialized beauty and grooming services, including Bridal Services, Skin Services, Hair Services, and Nail Services. All services are subject to availability and the professional judgment of our skilled staff.

2. Appointments and Booking

A. Booking Confirmation

All appointments booked online, via phone (+91-897-000-0971), or in person are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation (via email or SMS) from the salon.

B. Deposits (Where Applicable)

Certain specialized services, particularly Bridal Services and extensive treatments, may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

C. Pricing

Service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price variations may occur based on the length, condition of the hair/skin, complexity of the treatment, or specific product requirements, as determined during a pre-service consultation.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

As detailed in our short policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or a complete No-Show may incur a charge of up to 100% of the reserved service cost. Please also notify us immediately if you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, as this may require us to modify or reschedule your service.

4. Client Conduct and Health

A. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, known allergies, or skin/scalp sensitivities (e.g., prior to Hair Coloring or Skin Treatments). Signature Koramangala is not liable for adverse reactions where information was not fully disclosed.

B. Salon Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client exhibiting inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of our staff or other clients.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we use the utmost care and professional products, Signature Koramangala cannot guarantee specific long-term results (e.g., hair color fade, nail wear) due to individual client variables (lifestyle, aftercare). Our liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
